The Ceremony was presided by the <strong>President of the Republic<\/strong>. In attendance were, beside local authorities, the <strong>IAJ President Jos\u00e8 Igreja Matos<\/strong> and the <strong>Secretary-General Giacomo Oberto<\/strong>, as well as the <strong>Deputy Secretaries-General Raffaele Gargiulo<\/strong> and <strong>Galileo d\u2019Agostino<\/strong>. The meeting of the Group was presided by <strong>IAJ Vice President Marcelle Kuassi<\/strong>.
